Through an API using the PUT HTTP method to make an update. It replaces all current data with the target resource.
Which REST methods require an ID parameter?
The PUT and Delete methods both require an ID parameter as they have to iterate a unique Id and selection to either remove or update.
What’s the relationship between REST and CRUD? CRUD is in charge of information manipulation. While Rest Controls the information utlizing HTTP commands.
If you had to describe the process of creating a RESTful API in 5 steps, what would they be?
Step 1: Set up packages installation
Step 2: Set Up the CRUD and REST requirements.
Step 3: Set up server parameters.(envs, url)
Step 4: Set Up Database Relationship.
Step 5: Test the server and deploy.
